    Self led yoga practice. Felt good - creaky from long weekend of lots of yoga in yoga teacher training intensive. I <3 yoga!

    Beautiful day to run. Low 70's, sunny. The only issue was the tide was high and had to run in deep, soft sand. But, oh well, good for the legs muscles.

    Ran to Siesta public beach and onto the beach back. Beautiful sunny perfect day! Didn't wear my garmin, just enjoyed the run.

      When is the yoga on Siesta, again?

      There is yoga on Siesta on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. I think it starts at 9 am. There is a flyer posted at the public beach pavilion.

    Ran the beach with Mike this morning. Time includes stopping and watching the dolphins play. Must take time to stop and watch the dolphins! Amazing. Cool morning - 47 degrees - great running weather!
