      glad someone else has to give in when sweets are staring at them. My vice is ice cream! I have a hard time saying to no when it is calling my name. Do you think boot camp is helping your running?

      LOL! Yes, I think boot camp is helping my running. I was surprised to PR at my last 5K and I know it had to do with the boot camp. I do recommend it!

    Did 6 am group strength class. The instructor set up stations. It was a cool circuit workout. Great way to start a Monday work week :)

    Rode my new bike for the first time!!! I got on it after we ran and rode only 12 miles. The sun is shining but the wind sure has a wicked nip to it! Felt good to ride my new bike!!

    Did 6 am group strength class this morn. Was tired when I got up, dragged through class and then drug my butt through the work day. Glad it's done. I'm pooped for some reason.

    Ran 10 miles with Mike on the Bass Pro route. We did our first 6 miles at a 10 min pace-which is really good for me! It was a cold and windy run but at least the sun was shining - Yeah for the sun!! so glad I ran!!

    Did 6 am group strength class today. Great class. Then off to work - had a hectic day. The whole week has been quite chaotic. The good news is, it's closer to Friday!

    6 am Group Strength class is awesome! When I walk in to work at 8am I feel like I have already accomplished something!
