    Very humid and slow run but that is OK as the point to the 160miler is to build endurance and I think I did that! Felt good considering it was the first 16 miler I have EVER done!

    7am run was sooo much better then the past two runs mid -day though I was slow go as my legs are super sore from the 8-miler yesterday!

    Ran 7.7 late morning/early afternoon; VERY hot and slow yucky run but glad to get it done. Was supposed to run 8 but the heat was just too intense. Planning an earlier morning run tomorrow.

    Cross train today: Swam a strong 1500 M Free, 500 free kick, 500 breast kick, 300 butterfly kick and then 200 cool down.

    Ran it at 6:45am but not sure of the time but would not be accurate as I kept stopping and taking pics along the way as it was the most scenic beach run I have EVER encountered!!!

    Went to my gym and swam a 1000 free and 500 br kick to ease the joints post-run. Felt great!!!!

    Slow 5.0 1 mile warm-up, 5 hill repeats: 6.5/4.5-1.5 mile, 1/4 mile cool down run. Hated to do this on the tread mill but better then not running!

    Swam an easy 1500/mile. 800 free, 200 breast, 200 breast kick and then 300 strong free. Then stretched before running the remaining 2 miles.
