Wow, five months since my last run. I've been on running hiatus for health reasons, but I've been feeling pretty good lately, and the weather is just TOO NICE not to be enjoyed with a little light exercise. I expected I'd do quarter-mile intervals, having lost all my endurance, but I was able to run a mile, walk half a mile, and run a half mile. Sure, my lungs felt like mini pails of fire-sand after that first mile, but I was actually okay after the second bit of running. (I only recorded the running in this workout.) Not sure how regularly I'll be able to run, but it felt good to get out there.
