    The run was pretty easy, felt good. Wish I would have had time to go further.

    Still a little sore but ran 3 and did ab work. Wanted to do more but had to come back from the gym to study. Gearing up for my long run tomorrow.

    30 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes of lifting, 2 miles on the treadmill. I was super sore from yesterday, so it was a struggle even to go that far. Feel better now though, back at it tomorrow.

    running and strength training. Felt pretty good. Eventually want to be able to run a half.
