    Rowing: 15 mins steady rowing, focussing on those glutes.
    Need to be doing more swimming and running!

      I've never done it, by my gym offers it. I really need to start mixing up my workouts. Not just running and swimming. Maybe this week I'll finally go.

      Cathy, if you're looking to change your body weights + cardio are a must. BP is the best program I've found. I like it because they change the workout at every 6-8 weeks.

      I need to check it out...my issue is that now there's too many things I want to do at the gym. They have a noon-swim workout that I'd like to do - I watched people a bit today and I know I'll die in the beginning but it would be great for me to be working out with a group in the pool (the body pump class is at 9:15). Too bad I have to work LOL :).
