It's getting cold for outdoorsy stuff already! Anything that can be done inside a room will have to suffice now :-)

    great Bikram yoga 01:30

There's something nice about getting into a room at 40 degree Celsius when the outside temperature is close to zero and sweating it out! Great workout.

in USA there are lot of running shops where you could have GAIT analysis done and a shoe purchased for keeping the posture correct. There are two brands of shoes Asics and Brooks. Brooks is cheaper than Asics and serves the same purpose!
I got one from there and it works well for my legs. :)

thanks! i use asics now, but i might take your advice and get the GAIT analysis done. my ankle starts hurting pretty much after around the 5-6 km mark. i am not sure if it's normal or it's just the normal healing process for the ankle!
