    Never did the Thursday class before so enjoyed it. The coach kept it interesting with varying intensities during the 55 minute class.

    Not a good day at the pool I must admit. Got a bad stitch and then kind of ruined the rest of the practice.

    It's getting really hot in the afternoon - not the best time of the day for a run. So walked most of the distance. Had sushi with husband and then walked back.
