      A club member I know is taking lessons. He knows how to swim, but the instructor is really refining and polishing his technique. Look into classes at the local Y. Congrats on the tri!

  2. Had to take a couple weeks off to let my back rest but it's all good and back at it. Have a sprint tri in two weeks!
