Do you go with lighter weights to not aggravate your disks?

Actually I have been using something similiar to the elipicatical except it has a seat and I crank it up just using the arm workout in the chest and arm building mode. Plus the Y has recently installed a rope climb machine which really is a good workout and not so much stress on the back.

Had to take a couple weeks off to let my back rest but it's all good and back at it. Have a sprint tri in two weeks!

A club member I know is taking lessons. He knows how to swim, but the instructor is really refining and polishing his technique. Look into classes at the local Y. Congrats on the tri!
