    Great run, after my run straight to the gym...... shoulders, & back workout P90X, sit ups 350........... push ups 80............ chin ups 80................. nice stretch I feel wonderful!!!!!

    Like always my P90X abs worout 350 situps, chinups 4-different exercises 15- reps to 18 per each, pushups six different excersise 25 to 30 ups, stretching 8-min.......

      I only post my miles because I don't have enough time in the day to post my workout. I usually just post the basics.like bi's and tri's ect. nice pace
