    My legs were feeling a bit tight and sore, so I definitely need to get in some good stretching this week. But I finished the run feeling pretty good otherwise.

      Nice 14 mi. run Angelica. Once I'm done with C25K I am seriously hitting Huntington or Newport for a nice beach run.

    A beautiful morning for a run at the beach. A bit overcast and a slight breeze kept us cool for 12 miles. And just as we finished the sun emerged to cheer us on to the rest of hte day.
