I thought I was going to have to report this as an 'injured' run because my right calf seemed insistent on being tight and painful the entire time. It took some walking and stretching to loosen it up enough to run, though it didn't really feel okay until after I finished and did my final stretching. Overall I felt slow and not really into the run, but I'm thankful it stopped raining long enough to get out there.


Seems like you made the right decision to take it easy.
