Extended my workout with a short cycling session. I feel tired overall today, and had to drag myself to the gym. I was lucky in that there was no one else there, so I had the place to myself and could go at my own pace and jump on and off machines at will. Still, not enough motivation to push harder on time or distance.

How are ankle, knee, and hip feeling?
Also, sorry to hear about your allergies. I have problems with that, too, so I can definitely sympathize.

Darrell - I've started doing hip flexor strengthening exercises, and that seems to be helping. As for allergies, it's hard to know when they'll hit now that the seasons are flipped and there's all new vegetation. Thank goodness for allergy meds!
