did 15 mins on the stairclimber, (did anyone else realize in 15 mins you can burn 200 flippin calories on that sucker?!!?) i then proceeded to the elliptical. holy smokes sweatdown. loved it. i wanted to run instead, but was super duper sore from friday's strength training. i would have been a mess.

    its amazing. intense... gets your heart rate up like none other, but pretty low impact.... unless you fall off or something. hahaha
