      its amazing. intense... gets your heart rate up like none other, but pretty low impact.... unless you fall off or something. hahaha

  2. alrightpardon me for slacking on the... 5.5 mi / 00:20 16.5mph pace

    kelly and i did some major lower body strength training and followed it up with a short little bike sessh. i won't even lie. i felt like death on friday. NO energy. but i'm glad i suffered through it.

    the mississippi sure is rising! they closed off an observation area down by caribou because it was flooded....and now the home to some ducks.
    super windy on the way back. fun times.

    felt mildly nauseous after swimming, and wondered why. oh. maybe because i didn't eat much before. and what i did eat was girl scout cookie thin mint ice cream. i know better than that. shame on me.....

    well i did 8 laps today. up from the 5 i did the first time we swam. haha.
    swimming is tough. oy! but a great workout apparently.

    hopefully tomorrow it will stop monsooning here and i can run outside.... although monsoonal or not, 95% chance i'll still just run outside.

      Gota listen to the bod once in a while too. An easy day or a day off once or twice a week depending on your training schedule is a good idea.
