    Run/walk. Breaking in my merrell pace gloves and don't want to over do it. feeling some shin splints coming on. probably just running all wrong.

      I got a pair of pace gloves too. 13 miles was too far in the five fingers, so I'm ramping up miles in the pace gloves for August.

    This was kind of cool. The class was really slow paced, but it was neat to take a class inside a museum. There were only 4 of us and it was so cheap (!).

    so humid here. will just wind up making myself feel like shit by drinking too much and chain smoking again tonight, but this is better than nothing, right?

      One of the only things I don't like about New Orleans is the smoking in bars. So I guess since you'll have to breathe it anyway, you might as well enjoy some yourself.
