When someone from
Canada says NO hills. Find a translator and so you aren't misled! My first half was full of hills but I felt strong and my heart rate stayed low. Finished first half in 1:59:07.
I was doing great until mile 15 my calf and IT band started hurting. I pushed through it and managed to make it until mile 22 where I had to walk until finish. so mile 22-26 was done at a 13:45 pace :( So until mile 22 I had a great time! :)


I bet that was a cool course. Destination runs are fun, and a way to see the place you're visiting! Sorry the last part didn't go the way you wanted but great job pushing through those last miles and finishing. 13:45 is a pretty fast walk!
