    Wasn't sure if Sumo would make it but I don't like leaving anyone out since Red is always eager and could go forever. BUT they both did well!

    I did a canyon trail walk/jog and scenery viewing. Amazing in Tucson AZ.

      Thank you Sue, while it was a tough week for me to do a challenge, it forced me to do more than I normally would have so it was sooo worth it!

    Today was a challenge since I left for a road trip to the black hills. 6 hours of driving after working and packing makes exercise hard to squeeze in. Part 2 was a stretch 😩
