    Went great. I did 5 leg exercises (1 min per exercise) with no rest in-between. I did this 3x through. Then I did a few butt exercises. After I was done I could really feel the burn.

      Hi Beth, so the deal is that you have to workout and post everyday this week...even if it's just several sets of push up. Each day you have to do at least something. For the past two Sundays I've been riding along the trivis trail up the university and then up into the hill. It's a lot of fun. You're more than welcome to come anytime you'd like. Also I'm free Thursday and Friday afternoons and all day on Sat and Sun if you ever wanna meet up and go for a run or go for a ride.

      K I will post everyday...but I didn't post Monday...I did run around the park w/ my kids though :) I will let you know about sunday but that could work for me. Don't know if I'm ready to run w/ the big dogs but I would like to try biking :)

    For some reason today was really tough for me. 10 minutes in and I was wanting to quit...but I didn't. I made it through and felt good that I made myself finish.

      Awesome job not quitting dude! You rock my world. 5.21 miles is awesome! Did you calibrate the Nike+ yet? Seriously though... your pace is awesome!!! Do you include a warmup/cool down walk in there? My pace still hangs around 11:30 :( I'm a slow poke!

    So an attempt to at least something today I did push ups. 3 sets of 20 and 1 set of 10. My goal was 70 and I did it. It was a total struggle for me but I know the more I do it, the easier it will be.

      $42 for everything - the adaptor (because I have an old school nano...you might not need this depending on what generation of ipod you have), shoe sensor and pouch for sensor. I thought it was pretty reasonable considering I've been looking at products that are $300+. I would say it's well worth the money. I really liked it. Very motivating.
