Seem to be suffering with a bit of a dip in motivation at the moment, nearly didn't get up but forced myself and glad I got it done, took it pretty steady again.

After doing 7 miles I wasn't in any state to hop back on and do a 7:43 mile :)
Going to try and build up to a 5km row after my runs in the gym

I get them every now and again. We have building work going on and there was a lot of internal stuff done yesterday with dust everywhere, so I wonder if that had anything to do with it. Fingers crossed it doesn't happen when I have another go tomorrow!
