    Wet wet wet greenway... Over the ankles in a few places on the Pearson Springs side. Feet were so wet my sockliners were on top of my foot by the time I finished.

    Speed day isnt till tomorrow, but i was at the track while Bailey practiced shot put, so I ran a couple laps to round my day out to 5 miles. My normal pace for 400s is 1:50. 1:52/2:21 (recover)/1:37.
