Thanks. Yeah, it's getting better. Yesterday I did 15 minutes jog, 1 minute walk and 5 minute jog. It was even supposed to be 2 minutes walk between the jogs, but I just wanted to keep up the pace, so I only did the 1 minute walk. :)

Thanks Rachel! Makes me really glad we bought a treadmill for Christmas. :) In this colder climate I knew I was going to need something in doors that I could use for cardio and since I've never been much for running, it's forced me to run for my cardio. Which, of course, is melting off the pounds more than anything else ever did! :)
