    6week 6pack workout with Jillian ... it was alright. I was tired and really didn't eat well all day and that certainly impacted my workout. I had very little energy.

    SO frustrating! was only able to interval run for 25min before the IT Band made me hobble. 5min warm, 25min interval run (3min run/2min walk) finished with 15min power walk.

      At least you got some time in! Sorry the IT band is acting up- must feel frustrating but you won't know if the IT band is better unless you use it. :)

    1st hour was interval running (2min run/2min walk) followed by 40min walk... nice and slow but i got it done!! that's all that matters

    My cold seems to be going away and my IT Band held up ok, al in all it was a great run... just what I needed today

    Week 2/Session1 interval running.. run 2min/ walk 2min (total 44min) plus warm up and cool down. Brutal run and at the same time I felt amazing once it was done and pain free!!

      I know that feeling, I often ask myself why am I running? Then I feel so good afterwards and then I want to do it again :)
