    1 easy, 1@712, 1 cool with some pickups. Ran this after a heavy weight workout which made the 712 harder than it should have been.

      Nice! It's like running a hard mile at the end of a race. Great training. When I do that Ranger test my legs don't want to move even though the rest of it is upper body.

    After an hour of weights and 15 easy minutes on the bike, put Noah in the stroller and went for a little jog. Two weeks of being sick... I needed the sun. Felt great.

    Six miles in a winter Wonderland. Mainly Long Creek, but stopped to do Dolly Parton twice. The complete lack of footprints tells me she got no love during this snowfall, so I was happy to rectify.
