  4. RUN
    Post weights 3 mi 00:24 07:55 pace

1 easy, 1@712, 1 cool with some pickups. Ran this after a heavy weight workout which made the 712 harder than it should have been.

Nice! It's like running a hard mile at the end of a race. Great training. When I do that Ranger test my legs don't want to move even though the rest of it is upper body.

  8. RUN
deep creek park 3.12 mi 00:26 08:20 pace

A few easy miles looping the park. If I can establish consistency, then I might increase distance. Right now I'm just amazed that I've put together so many 3 mile runs recently.

  9. RUN

    1 easy 847
    .5 hard 702 pace
    .5 easy 834 pace
    .5 hard 702 pace
    .5 easy 832 pace

Ran these in my Bondis, which register negative on the responsiveness scale, so I'm pleased.

  10. RUN
    Another 3 3 mi 00:24 07:51 pace

Upper body weights then 800, 753, 744. Another enjoyable run.

  11. RUN
    shortie 3 mi 00:24 07:51 pace

806, 747, 739. As usual, set out with no real plan. Not training for anything has its advantages. I just enjoyed this one, as the temps were about 35* cooler than yesterday. Very enjoyable!

  12. RUN
    Fartlek 3 mi 00:24 07:57 pace

820, 750, 740. First easy then fartlek remaining two to make things interesting. I'm definitely out of shape! Fun though in the warm rain. Running even short distances enriches my life beyond ... read more

Nice 3 spot. Seeing that new cutie should have snapped the illness right out. Glad your feeling better.

  18. RUN
    hobby jogging 1.6 mi 00:14:31 09:04 pace

After an hour of weights and 15 easy minutes on the bike, put Noah in the stroller and went for a little jog. Two weeks of being sick... I needed the sun. Felt great.

  19. RUN
    Dolly! 6 mi

Six miles in a winter Wonderland. Mainly Long Creek, but stopped to do Dolly Parton twice. The complete lack of footprints tells me she got no love during this snowfall, so I was happy to rectify.
