good Final Foundations workout 00:05:08

We did the same workout as #1, and wow, it was fun. I beat my first time by over a minute (6:12 -> 5:08). Workout was a 200m run, 7 burpies and 10 ring pulls (feet on ground).

Yeah, I graduated, now onto the crazy workouts :)
