Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Completed 51-71-61-81. 3b on the pullups, knees on the pushups. Getting stronger every week.

Full body all around sore.

Also, my friend Chris V. is doing an amazing job getting back into shape.

Paleo showdown 2.0 starts Monday, I'm going to do my best to win it this time.
