    Super fun run, my first in a long long time. Lungs were hurting at the end, still felt like I had some drive in the legs.

    Breakfast at Magnolia, really a great way to start another day in Austin.

    I don't have the core strength for Knees to elbow so did a 'hoist the knees up towards the elbow' workout for that.

    Felt tough, but great after. A theme.

    Light and quick, and kicked my ass. Super sore in the legs from this one but a challenging and aggressive speed workout. Day 42 of the Paleo challenge, down 16 pounds and up a bunch of muscle. Feeling fantastic... this is going to be a great season.

    Felt much stronger than last weeks Wednesday workout where the lighter push presses killed me. I pulled the last 250 on the erg at 138 pace, but horrible form. Just pulling the hell out and lifting up the erg engine... not good... kinda fun.

    My first 'real' crossfit workout!

    50m walking lunges.
    100m broad jumps
    200m sprint

    holy shit. Vibrams and broad jumps suck!

    Roughed it out. Did a handstand after.
