    My first 'real' crossfit workout!

    3x :
    50m walking lunges.
    100m broad jumps
    200m sprint

    holy shit. Vibrams and broad jumps suck!

    Roughed it out. Did a handstand after.

    The warm up was epic too. Sent from mobile.

    We did the same workout as #1, and wow, it was fun. I beat my first time by over a minute (6:12 -> 5:08). Workout was a 200m run, 7 burpies and 10 ring pulls (feet on ground).
