50m walking lunges.
100m broad jumps
200m sprint
holy shit. Vibrams and broad jumps suck!
Roughed it out. Did a handstand after.

Also, amazed in Martin P. who is doing a marathon 5 DAYS A WEEK.
We did the same workout as #1, and wow, it was fun. I beat my first time by over a minute (6:12 -> 5:08). Workout was a 200m run, 7 burpies and 10 ring pulls (feet on ground).
