    Long slow distance run in the heat (again), managed to stick to a 5:00 min/km pace. Once again I am a puddle of sweat!

    good Fartlek workout 9.4 km 00:45 07:42 pace

    1:00 @ 4:14 pace 2:00 @ 5:12 pace x 15. Very hot run at 30C. My resting pace was much slower but my overall average pace (4:47) was ahead of target.
