My first 3000m race and my first race indoor on a 200m track. Was very unsure on which speed to keep, but I managed fairly even splits: 3:28, 3:27, 3:36. I ended up alone on the last K, and really missed having someone to chase.
Pretty happy with the race considering it was my first, but think there is room for improvement. A sub 10 would be awesomesome day :-)
I did my cooldown together with another norwegian guy at the race (there are not too many of those in Stockholm): Kristian Nedregård. He ran 8.48 and has a PB on 8:32... He also told me he had been top 10 in the norwegian championships a couple of times... Good guy!
