great 10K race - Premiärmilen 10 km 00:37 05:59 pace

New 10K roadrace PB - 37:14. Felt good today: first outdoor run in shorts, no hamstring pain, new shoes and most important - no snow or ice!

I started a bit back in the pack deliberately to prevent going out too fast. So I ended up running past runners the first 5 K. The hard work started up a hill at about 6K, but I managed to keep my pace and finished off with the last K in 3:29.

Looking forward to a few weeks with injury free (knock on wood) training now, next race is not until may.
