Started my morning with PT exercises and then went to the bar. It was cool to see another instructor and one of the owners taking the same class. Lots of wins this AM for me. Did most of the wall ab work w/my feet raised, survived all 5 min of thigh work and push-ups were at 70% optimization again. I did talk to the other owner and found out she also doesn't have cartilage in her knee and went the surgery route- she's still unhappy with what her knees can't do. This made me feel slightly better about my decision to go with the injections and find a different passion. Here's to more cross-fit, yoga & biking. Happy Sunday everyone!
