    A little tender in the knee, and had a rough time breathing. That week out with the flu/cold hybrid took a major toll. Working on rebuilding milage after an ITB injury took me out for a year.

      Thanks! I've been out from running for the past 6-7 weeks because of an IT Band injury. The only thing keeping me sane has been being able to lift! :)
