Gloves, Beenie, long sleeve shirt for me. Long dog-hair coat for Lady Tasha. Brrrr. This morning was chilly but without fog or frost or any of those extra winter things. A clear clean-air morning made it fantastic for a run.
Lady Tasha took it to another level today. She did not tire at all. At the 6.5km point we had been running a 4:40 average pace, so remembering her 4:38 PB and the remainder of the run being flat or downhill, it was time to push. "Not a problem" she said... well she said that with her actions. No slowing down and still pulling the lead. Impressive stuff Tash. Maybe I need to pickup my game?
Lovely start to the day. Congrats for the PB Tasha.

That's the joy of running in the cold. It seems to give us boundless energy. Well done on the PB Tasha! Nice run Andrew!

Ria, it is...reality comes after that.
Lisa... Maybe we are just spoiled in Sydney. I'm sure Chch is far colder. I just need some cement mix to.... Harden up ;) ( joke of the day)
