    Energy sapping heat. Slowly getting back to form.

    There was a quiz contest at the store after the run. My team took first place and we won gift cards. Overall a very satisfying end to the day.

    Fleet Feet - Tonic - Benny's - Doner - Bedrock. 3.1 miles with pub visits thrown in between. Fun day. The group was running at a 9.30 minute/mile pace and I had to keep up.
