    Humid and sultry weather in the morning. Need to start earlier than 5.30 am. I fizzled out at the end of the 5th km and had to drag my legs to finish the remaining 2.2 km.

    Hill repeats with Rajdhani Express Manivannan, Praveen, Satish CUB, Chandra, Sivaram Kannan and a host of other runners. 1 warm-up loop, 5 main loops and one col down loop followed by stretching.
