Bit concerned that I was not able to hold on to my target pace 5:08. Hopefully thats because I didn't have a rest day after yesterday's intervals. Happy that I maintained steady cadence 180-184.


good run anand. intervals drain us out thats why i keep them short!!!u can do time trial next week. shld be fine

Yeah Vijay. Just that I dont want to be over ambitious and start out too fast in the race. Not a disaster anyway, just trying to figure it out right.
