    Tough workout but the brilliant weather helped me to finish strong. Target pace 5:00, actual was 4:59/4:58/4:47. Pleased with this one!

    2x 5K /w 1K RI @ 4:57/ 4:57. If the first interval felt tough, the second was looking impossible. Lousy weather to boot. Gritted my teeth and somehow finished. On target.
