    5k easy, last 3k @ 4:54, which is hopefully my tempo pace. I was targeting 4:30 but quickly realised that was just not happening today!

    Intervals after a long long time. Target pace 4:25. Wasn't sure I'd be able to do it, struggled with erratic pace initially. Turned out to be pretty good with a strong finish.

    Stepping up my 'easy pace' a bit. Ran at breath rate of 25-27 bpm vs my usual 22-24. Very very humid day, pace came off to 6:40 in final 2km.

    Phew, Chennai summer is back. Was great to run with Cat Ashwin and his friend Navin, and with Mani for the last few miles. But was such a hot and humid day, was glad to complete the run.
