    Superb running weather continues. Ran with Raja for 14k, then 5k @4:45. Was tough to keep pace but hung in there for strong finish.

    Chennai Marina. Good to be back running here. Tough run though, maybe it was the weather. Which wasn't too bad but not as great as in Mumbai.
