  1. RUN
    11.21 km 01:11 10:11 pace

Did not run with a water bottle, nor had I had enough water the previous day. So I suffered great thirst. Started too fast after an 8.45 am start so slowed down considerably.

  2. RUN
good weekend long run 20.46 km 02:03 09:40 pace

Thanks to the all the stretching that I have been doing, lethargy of the last few runs were conspicuous by its absence. Took a nearly 10 min break at half way. Drank enough water, stretched some mo... read more

  4. RUN
    lap runs 6.3 km 00:39 09:57 pace

I thought the lack of water on Tuesday was the reason for struggling today. Didn't realise it was one of the most humid days.

But does not look like the pace suffered at all. Amazing you could clock such pace in humid conditions also.

Super distance...any reason for starting your runs so late in the morning? You miss the freshness in the air.
