Mr. Myagi greeted me this morning with: "This is going to be uncomfortable." And so: a warm up of 3 rounds of: 10x V-ups, 10x prone ab crunches (new! cool! ouch!) 10x sumo squats with the kettlebell. Then 6 minutes on the 'mill keeping my HR between 140 and 160. Next: 3 rounds of 10x bosu-ball push-ups, 10x tailbone-balancing side-to-side twists with a medicine ball, 10x woodchoppers with same medicine ball. Then another 4 minutes on the 'mill keeping my HR between 155 and 165. Next: 1 set of 10x chest presses, 1 set of 10x bicep curl-power-presses, 20x jump squats. Check HR (!!!) Rest 3 min. Repeat, 3 more times (my reward for an efficient recovery). AWESOME. Amazing. Motivating. Workout-towel drenching. Almost-retching. But! no....Then. 1 set of 10x squat/shoulder presses, 10x dumbell deadlifts, 20x jump squats. Check HR. Still alive. Repeat. 2 times. Drop. ;P
