Run, walk. Run, run, walk. Felt like lead, heel pain only disappeared for a while around mile 2.5, and now I'm all gimpy. But! I got outside (gorgeous), I got sweaty (necessary) and I got a little mental alone time (mandatory), so I can't complain. Er, I mean, I'll stop complaining. :)
