great Personal Training 01:00

A "warm up" (more like a "beat down") of 5 rounds of 10x roll up toe-touches, 10x bridges and 10x walkouts followed by a 5 minute HR run. Then, the work began! 4 rounds of 10x bosu pushups and 10x kettlebell swings. 4 rounds of 10x squat/shoulder presses and 10x pull-ups. 4 rounds of 10x lunges with bicep curls and 10x chest presses. Aaaaannnnnd...scene. A thorough whoopin'. Even my kneecaps were sweaty.
