Another reason to do my 5-milers at the lake: local RB hills! Only one section of this run was brand-new; otherwise it was a lot like my pre-marathon 7-milers and should have been familiarly easy. But wasn't. Energy was low, footfalls felt more jarring than usual. Just gonna check this one off on the training chart and move on. :|
