Les MIlls Quarterly! Sunup to sundown, the most energy ever contained within one fitness facility. Here's what I was able to accomplish:
BodyAttack (cardio) - old-school High Impact Aerobics with an athletic focus. A full hour of KNEES! LUNGE! HIGHER! PLYO! YAHHHHH!
BodyStep (cardio) - Not your mother's step class. Being both a mother AND someone who has done step aerobics since we called it "Bench" and rocked the C+C Music Factory, I can say this with confidence. Step moves, double-time quick feet on and off the step, static squats and glute moves everywhere...crazy good!
BodyPump (weights) - the one format I actually teach, so it shoulda been a cakewalk, but wow! You've heard me lay it down before: 5 to 6 minutes thrashing each major muscle group (warmup, squats, chest, etc...).
I am so durn tired. ;) Hoping to sneak into bed early and refresh for tomorrow's long run...


I am amazed you still have energy for a long run after that fitness marathon!
