    I had an errand to run... so I RAN it! Yup, ran to the store, then walked back. You can't run with a cup of hot coffee in your hand. Sad but true.

      You can totally do this! That's awesome! I know how you feel about the morning running before work - I got out of that habit for a while, but did a 7 miler this morning before work and I can't tell you how good it felt and how good it feels to have it out of the way for the day!
