great Y weightroom with a P90X twist 00:50

Met up with BIL Jamie C. today, this time he came with a plan to make me cry. It nearly worked. I requested a 10 min warmup on the stairmaster, then he lead the way in the (flippin' overcrowded) weightroom with a P90X style workout:

1. Standard Push-Ups
2. Rope Pull-Downs on Machine
3. Military Push-Ups
4. Rope Pull-Downs on Machine
5. Wide Fly Push-Ups
6. Rope Pull-Downs on Machine
7. Decline Push-Ups
8. Heavy Pants w/ dumbbells
9. Diamond Push-Ups
10. Lawnmowers w/ dumbbell
11. Dive-Bomber Push-Ups
12. Back Flys on bench

Ran thru this circuit twice. Today I discovered my form is pretty good on the standard and decline push-up... I can easily crank out 25 or more. Not so much on the wide fly push-ups. Even sadder still on the military and diamond pushups. Something to work on! I loved having a different plan to follow today. Somedays I like to lead, but other days I just like to follow along and say "Ok, what's next?" Thanks for the arm spanking today James, I'll be hurting in the morning!

    Ugh, thats an impressive routine. I think I best stick to the sidelines of that one. Had you made him "angry" before the workout or something?
