      @karla, didn't it fly? this is why i love a workout date :) @matt, i'll bring the blue blanket again thurs and we'll make up what you guys missed out on today. @kim, we talked about how fast you're bouncing back post-baby... which lead to a long discussion about how much weight we each gain with our pregnancies (i win). so you were there in spirit ;)

      That is one of the bad things about the serpentine format for the tri, every time you switch lanes you really have to watch out. Glad this one ended with no damage.
