Same route as last Sat except this week I left in time to complete my entire w/o. Lots of things went right on this run. I want my pace to be faster but it's just something to work on and that's ok. I'm happy with this.

    I'm doing the 24 endurance run next weekend but I don't really consider that a race....more like a honky longy long run. haha. I'm pacing Emily at salt flats at the end of April (again not my race) but lots of miles nonetheless. I'm training for the Silver City 100k. what about you?
