    5 min warm up and then I ran! I amped up the speed for my last 10 minutes and was sweating so hard. Felt great!

    5 minute warm up and then I ran, ran, RAN! Had to cut it short though otherwise I would have been late to work. Watched Fashion Police the entire time. So funny!
