    After working out off & on, my boyfriend convinced me that a P90X chest workout would be a good idea today. Pushups upon pushups...surprisingly I feel pretty good!

    Walked on the teadmill for 30 minutes & then finished up working out back & biceps. Its been a few weeks & today being day 2, it feels good to get back & into the swing of things.
