good Snatch Day - Week 1

Snatch Day

3 push press plus 5 OHS: (warm up 55 and 60): Sets at 65, 65, 70, 75, and 80#

Snatch lift off (just below knees) plus 3 second pause snatch (below knee, above knee, and mid thigh)
Warm ups: 55,55,55,60, and 65
Working sets: 65, 65, 70, 70, and 70

High hang snatch doubles: 40, 50, 60, 65, 70x2

Full snatches 7x1 at 80% no misses (36kg)

2 min bar hold -- holy buckets this is horrible!!
