- Strict press 5x5: 70, 75, 80, 85, and 90 (all 5 reps)

- Power jerk triples: 85, 85, 95, 95

Lift off plus clean: 65, 75, 85 x 2 reps, 95 x2 reps

Power clean plus clean and jerk: 110, 115, 120, 125, 125, 125

- 5RM push press at 115#
- Finally got all 5 reps of strict press at 90#
- 120# solid, reps at 125# okay
