    WOD: 5 rounds of: STO 65#, 10 box jumps (14 inches), and 15 pull ups.
    Real struggle at the end with the pull ups.

    20 walking lunges (getting better at these), 25 unbroken sit ups (twice), 20 push ups, 11 pull ups, banded walking, wall squats... and other stuff.

    Row 1000m (leisurely got 4:58), cat/cow, AM sit ups, grasshoppers, and BS supermans. Then DL time, and cleans, and wall squats. Lastly pull ups x 30 with 2green bands.
    No baby deer legs!
