    Felt good pushed cash crew and the pup, and ran with ty while Grace rode her bike! Fun sat. morning!

    Felt amazing love love love swimming at night! so relaxing but yet such a good work out! Need to put swimming in my workouts more often!

    Ran 3.5 then did speed training for another half mile... Then off to legs and core! Feeling good! Hoping to see some improvement lol... after the past three days of hard work ;)

      @Bethany K. No Not really just trying to do legs twice a week... and then arms the other days... and im cross training on the days im not running! Im doing a 12 week slim down/get fit challenge with myself if you wanna do that with me :)

      A. this is an INCREDIBLE pace and B. you have to remember come race day, your adrenaline kicks in and youll be rocking the half at a better pace than you ever thought possible!! =)
